Our offspring

Our breeding is not about numbers.
It is about what the dogs become.
Every litter is only the beginning.

What matters to us is not just producing puppies, but seeing how they develop over time. How they grow into themselves, how they handle real life, and what kind of adults they become.

We do not measure success in quantity. We look at consistency, stability and the ability of each dog to function in its own environment. That is where the real value of breeding shows.

From the start

From the moment a litter is born, you can already see the differences. Same parents, same environment, but each puppy carries something of its own.

Temperament, drive, sensitivity.

Some are forward from the beginning, others take more time. These early traits do not define the dog completely, but they give direction. What matters is how those traits develop.

Different homes

Our dogs grow up in different kinds of homes. Some live in active families, some in quieter environments. Some are surrounded by constant activity, others in more structured routines. A Boerboel should be able to adapt without losing what it is.

We follow our offspring over time, not just in the beginning. We look at how they settle, how they handle pressure, how they behave when nothing is happening. That is where the real picture forms.

More than results

Health matters. Structure matters. But neither of them alone defines the dog.

A dog can have correct results on paper and still lack what the breed requires. Another may not be perfect, but carries traits that are worth preserving. This is why we look at the whole dog, not just individual results.

What we look for

Among our offspring, there is variation. Different types, different strengths, different personalities.
But there are things we expect to see:

  • Stability in everyday life
  • Ability to think, not just react
  • Natural guarding instinct without unnecessary aggression
  • Willingness to work when needed
  • Calmness when nothing is happening

These are not things that can be created afterwards. They have to be there from the beginning.

Being honest

We are honest about what we produce. Not every dog is the same. Not every dog is for breeding. Not every dog is for every home. And that is exactly how it should be.

Our goal

Our goal has never been to produce as many dogs as possible. It has been to produce dogs that make sense. Dogs that can live in the real world. Dogs that reflect the breed as it was meant to be. Dogs that still carry something of the original purpose.

In the end

This is what we look at when we talk about our offspring. Not just where they come from, but what they become.
